Terms of service

Effective date: 5 October 2026

These terms are between you and SMEtools LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”), which operates Sorted at https://sortedos.com. By using Sorted you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

1. The service

Sorted connects your business’s own systems (Odoo, Shopify, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Meta ads) into one dashboard. You read it on our website and inside your own AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) through Sorted’s connector, and you can customise it by clicking or by asking your assistant. Each company’s data is kept separate from every other company’s.

2. Accounts and authorised users

You sign in with Google. Access is set up for named people at your company. Your company’s owner decides who is an authorised user and is the only person who can connect or remove systems. You are responsible for what your authorised users do in Sorted. Tell us at info@sortedos.com if someone should lose access.

3. Fees and billing

• Free trial. A free 15-day trial starts when you add a payment card to your company. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at any time, in one step, from the payment page. If you do not cancel, the subscription begins when the trial ends and the first charge is made. If the subscription ends, your dashboard and AI connector are paused until you subscribe again.
• After the trial, the subscription is $10 per user per month, unless we agree a different price with your company in writing before you subscribe.
• Launch offer: 50% off your first 12 months with code SORTED50 ($5 per user per month). After that the standard price applies.
• The monthly subscription is paid by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. If you subscribe during the trial, the first monthly charge normally starts when the trial ends.
• The subscription renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you keep access until then.
• Late payment. If a payment fails, your access continues for 7 days from the first failed payment. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, your dashboard and AI connector are paused until the payment is made.

4. Your responsibilities

• Connect only systems and accounts you are allowed to connect, and grant only access you are allowed to grant.
• Keep your logins and any access keys safe, and do not share them.
• Give us accurate information, and follow the terms of the systems you connect.

5. The third-party systems Sorted reads

Sorted shows what your connected systems report, collected about once an hour. Those systems belong to their providers and to you. We are not responsible for their accuracy, completeness, delays or outages, or for numbers that are wrong at the source. You can remove a connection at any time on the Connections page and in the provider’s own settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use Sorted to harm anyone;
• try to see another company’s data, or get around Sorted’s security or limits;
• disrupt, overload or probe Sorted or the systems it reads;
• resell or share your access with people outside your company.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for non-payment, a breach of these terms, a security risk, or where the law requires. You may stop using Sorted at any time. When your subscription ends, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

8. Disclaimers

Sorted is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Sorted is not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice; check important numbers in your own systems before you rely on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Sorted is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or Sorted will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and by continuing to use Sorted after that date you accept it.
